About the event
Self-acceptance is when we focus on the good that exists in ourselves AND we accept our faults. RADICAL self-acceptance is when we wholeheartedly accept exactly how we are in this present moment while setting goals to become who we were meant to be.
In this workshop, teens will learn to:
identify their personal strengths.
be less judgmental with what is different about them.
think positively about their future role in the world.
set realistic achievable goals.
be kind to themselves.
These are life-long skills that will be personalized for them in this workshop and written down for their future reference. Your child will need their journal and favorite writing tool, to wear comfortable clothing and bring a healthy snack. My goal is to have every teen waking up happy and ready for their day.
