I am the creator of The Whole New You elimination diet plan, which provides support and accountability for people who wish to identify which foods are causing symptoms like low energy, brain fog, skin problems, stress and fat storage. I also specialize in Amino Acid Therapy for recovery from substance abuse and addiction and emotional problems. Amino acids also support other conditions such as grief, pain, inattention, stress and hypoglycemia. I hold a Nutrition Consultant Certificate (NC) from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts. I’m currently completing my Certification for Recovery Nutrition Coaching (CRNC) through the Academy for Addiction and Mental Health Nutrition. I also have a B.S in Business-Economics from The University of California, Santa Barbara.
I've enjoyed endurance sport competition for over 20 years, including triathlon racing, running and cycling events and open water swimming. I also enjoy snowboarding and yoga.
